EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
With an experience of over 24 years in the computer field, Cesar has been developed for more than 12 years in the area of analysis, development and programming of ERP systems within the AS- 400 system, using the language of RPG 4 Programming and ILE. His desires of expertise led him to make paperless office projects using workflows on Lotus Notes R5. A curious fact we have not stopped using paper, so he specialized in programming and configuration of printing solutions for Lexmark, an issue that led him to develop complex solutions for banking. Having met all the above in it the interest of the area of compliance, certification and auditing of the IT emerged, which led me to belong to the family of BDO in which I have developed over the last 7 years in those areas. He has experience in the market of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, Argentina and Peru.
