Currently Yaneth Ralda is a Manager Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing about twelve years of BDO.
Prior to joining BDO, Yaneth was formerly a Tax and Accounting Director in the advisory-supervision function of some trading, services and assurance companies .
Her expertise is in corporate tax, labour and accounting advisory works for local and multi-national companies in the financial, trading, manufacturing sectors, telecommunications, real states, wholesale and retail sales, publicity and related services.
Yaneth has extensive tax experience in cross border transactions, corporate restructuring, local and foreign listings, international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group financing, debt restructuring, conducting due diligence, and offshore investment structures.
Her commercial experience includes strategic finance issues of both listed and private companies of the group, financial controllership, investment management, group treasury and leading the international group tax function.
Yaneth have an excellent experience at senior management level to further add value to clients by looking at solutions from the client’s perspective and translating technical professional advice into practical business solutions which are suitable for implementation.
Yaneth is in the process of training in studies of local transfer pricing, taking into account that the legislation took effect in 2015.
